Nestled in the heart of the NSW Southern Highlands, Robertson Potatoes is a fifth-generation family with a story as rich and deep as the red volcanic soil it thrives in.
Established in 1904, the farm has been lovingly tended by the Hill Family for over a century—passing down not just a livelihood, but a legacy of excellence, sustainability, and most importantly flavour.
At Robertson Potatoes, farming is more than a tradition; it’s a commitment to the land and to those who enjoy the fruits—or in this case, tubers—of our labour, and it's a way of life. Growing premium potatoes in one of Australia’s most fertile regions, using regenerative farming practices that nurture the soil, restore ecosystems, and protect biodiversity. From integrated pest management and ecological corridor preservation to a four-year rotational crop cycle that allows our land to rest and regenerate, every decision is made with future generations in mind.
